Review from Book News Inc.: The proceedings of the June 2013 conference collects recent Chinese research on equipment and components for industrial processing, system control and automation, mechatronics, and material engineering. Three papers from Shenyang University of Technology propose new methods for arc fault detection. Papers from Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology optimize the parameters of a linear compressor for refrigeration, fix a dry gas seal in a hydrogen compressor and abnormal vibration in a propylene gas compressor, and update the self-flush system in hot oil centrifugal pumps.
